Eg. Those who stay six months will start earning 6 percent interest on their earnings in subsequent months
Those that stay 1 year will start earning 10 percent bonus based on their earnings in subsequent months.
Those who stay 1.5 years will start earning 15 percent interest based on their earnings.
So if a girl stayed six months. On months 7-12, if she earn for example 20,000 per month, the house will pay her additional 1,200 per month as a reward for long service.
If she stat one year, from 13-18th months, if she earn 20,000 per month, house will pay her $2000 per month as reward.
Once hit 1.5 years, 19th month onwards, every month 15 percent. So if she earn 20,000 per month, those last few months she make extra 3k per month.
I think it's a good incentive to encourage girls to stay longer and work harder?
So those gals that leave before six months will not receive any of these bonuses.
