May start...monthly installment I paying by cash ..643....(before May is he pay by cpf de 643)
( I still have ar 5k cash can throw in but I feel like drag abit to push up the interest of my profit sharing since AI is included and dad said he can lend me 20k)
Now he call me sign an agreement, when point of selling is base on percentage of what he paid, he now then start to go apply for bto or balance flats...( he wan mature estate) I predict need to wait for years ?
We also agree to give dad 80k, 40 k each.(coz this house is an en Blk from a one room flat and dad spend 25k on Reno at 2002)
So base on percentage is 167 vs me 155k if I settle all the balance.
How to count the percentage ah
Is it he 52.5 percentage and me 47.5 percentage as at June 2015?
Roughly estimation is 763k sold on May 2015, same block, lower then me one level (lawyer get this from hdb)
Depending on how you really want to divide the cost each spent as CPF interest is quite big and you need to less that from the cash surplus that you get from the sales.
Example:
If sales surplus is $400k after returns to CPF with interest
Brother CPF interest- $50k
Your CPF interest- $30k
Difference of $20k so your brother take $10k less from the sales as he earned more interest.
If you used cash. Does that mean you can calculate interest on that as well like the CPF and recover it from the cash surplus?
Again if you have received the cash then make do best what you can with it and dun sour relationships.

Not me, is he and his wife see money v big and wanted to count with me, I said is around 50% vs 50 %, easier to count and I said u already save a lot on accursed interest on me base on I paid mostly In cash, my place cash back aR 400k plus minus my 113000, so aR 300k plus to spit, maybe they Pokémon eyes now?
