So after the hints and some serious map navigation, I walk along the 3 km radius which is 6 km circumference circle. Bashing through Seletar reservoir, mandai forest, beaten by so many mosquito. I found the legendary place.
Walk in to find a local ah lian, by no means chio or sexy. I was disappointed by the appearance. But was friendly and all, someone who you will not take a second look on the mrt.
Inside was well renovated, have shower facilities outside the rooms. The room have a small window at the door. Parking can be a problem as the area is some famous food stores.
Speaks local singlish which is really a fresh for me.
Prices are as stated in the menu.
Pretty decent massage skills, not piano keys type.
50 + 50 for a hdly ending.

Be warn its no where near what OP have stated, maybe the other ML can be better?
But its really a gem in the north.

The white bee hoon up north is really delicious, but long waiting time.
