I have been around Singapore since over a decade ago, and I don't know where you get your fantasies of Clarke Quay from. If you know your deal (time/effort/money), Clarke Quay is a bad option.

First, it's the least 'happening' place to pick up chicks unless you are a good looking ang moh. Let alone going for paid service, if any.

Dun be so negative about Clarke Quay...... there are horny pussies available and the FL scene there is very much alive although it is not done openly in your face like OT or GL. Because this is a high tourist traffic area the FLs and their operators are more low key and "underground"..... you may need a local to lead the way to them or maybe engage a taxi uncle like me as your guide.... ahem
If you are an Angmoh then you are the target for carrothead and sky high pricing regardless whether you are tourist, expat or local born caucasian. ...... our asian neighbours from the nearby countries do not have this problem.

I can guarantee you P4P pussies are definitely available there....... dunno what you have been doing in the past 10 yrs.
