Winston looked at his phone and got surprised. In his mind he was thinking what is Yan trying to do? Seduce him? Or what is her purpose?

But in order to make it more convincing that he wasn't interested he replied.

Winston: Don't think you can send any pornstar photo and call it yours.

Yan was taken aback as she took another with her face on it and send back to him.

She replied: It's me.

Winston smiled as he saved her picture. And never replied. He thought: What a stupid person. What is she sending nudes over?

Winston: Don't try to do anything silly. I already deleted your photo.

Yan sighed. Why wasn't he interested at all?

There was an awkward pause between the two as Winston saved the image into another device.

Yan didn't think much as she went to bed. Tired of these shit that she created. She was more focused on the meeting tomorrow with her team and she needed to bring some prospects to show to everyone that she was the leader of the pack.

So she texted Max. One that she knew some time ago during her work days. And she knew he had a soft spot for her.

Yan: Support me on my business ok? Meet me at Dhoby Ghaut Mrt at 5pm. You must support me orh my dear. If I don't see you I will be very very sad.

Max got excited as he replied immediately.

Max: But it's my wedding anniversary with my wife tomorrow. How?

Yan pouted. But she knew she wanted him as her downline. Then she placed her lingerie on the bed and send him the picture.

Yan: I bet your wife doesn't wear this. I will wear it for you tomorrow ok?

Max swallowed his saliva as he got hard just by that image.

Max: Ok. I'll go and support you. See you tomorrow.

Yan: Nights dear. See you.

Max grinned as his wife asked what was happening. He smiled and told her that there was a business opportunity that he has to attend tomorrow and apologised to her that dinner plans had to be cancelled. Her wife was disappointed but said that business opportunities was more important. He smiled as he turned over as he touched himself, anxious for what he was going to see tomorrow.

Edward was so excited about having Yan that he did what he was commanded to. The next morning, he went on and booked two tickets and accommodation to Maldives. He then texted Yan on the details.

Edward's wife received a notification of the credit card as they shared the same company card.

Edward's wife: Dear? Was there a transaction that took place just now?

Edward: Shut it. I spent what I think is right.

Edward's wife: But, our business is not doing well already. If you splurge in it, our reserves will run out very fast...

Edward threw the file on the floor. Edward: Just shut the f**k up. I do what I want and you can't f**king stop it!

Edward's wife burst into tears: What happened to you dear? You were never like this..? Are you going...to.. Maldives?

Edward got shocked.

Edward: Nonsense. Don't you assume anything!

Edward's wife: She called me and told me everything. Now all the splurging these past few days makes sense. But dear.... we are only left with this amount... anything more...we will...

He slapped his wife again hard on the face.

Edward: Then blame it on you being just plain looking! Other's has looks and body and you are just plain boring!

His words hurt her like a stab into her heart. She covered her face with her palms as she ran to the room.

Edward: Useless!

Just then Edward got a call from his client as they cancelled a job due to unforeseen circumstances.

Edward stormed into his wife's room and kicked her.

Edward: You unlucky bitch. Simon cancelled his job! See? Your mouth sucks! Can you just keep quiet and don't speak! Might as well. You know about me and that Yan. So let's DIVORCE!

Edward's wife's eyes opened wide in shock as she trembled.

Edward's wife: No Edward.. for the sake of the..

Edward: Just SHUT UPPPP!

He took one of the books that was lying on the table and slammed it hard on her face. It was when his son walked in and saw his dad beating up his mom.

Edward's son: Daddy... what are you doing?

Edward: Your mom is unlucky! She's utterly useless.

Edward's son: But did you know mummy kept working to take care of us and I saw her typing on the computer doing all the work. You were hardly at home dad.

He was so angry at his son that he shouted back at him.

Edward: You are useless too! FINE! Since you think this mum is good then I will LEAVE!

He stormed out of the room and pushed his son hard that he fell to the ground with a loud thud.

Then he shouted: You better get those stupid divorce letter done up properly. And don't think I will pay you a single cent.

He went out, happy that things were working out in his way. Fortunately he thought that Yan would be with him, he thought.

Yan met up with her downlines, as they discussed what the agenda was before they sat down.

The discussion took around 20 minutes when suddenly someone said to Yan: Yan, where's your husband?

The innocent question caused her to react back in anger.

Yan: None of your business and let me announce it to you all once and for all. DO NOT SAY THAT I AM MARRIED AND HAVE A DAUGHTER. If you do so I will make sure you will be thoroughly dealt with you all understand.

The group scratched their heads as they looked away. None of them were interested.

Yan: There will be a prospect Max coming tonight and you all are to shut your mouth you understand about me being married and having kids. Ok! Meeting done. Now go and do your prospecting. Come back with results.

Then Yan was on her way to wait for Max. She received a message.

Edward: I booked all the necessary tickets to Maldives and the lodging. All 5 stars. Here are the dates. And I have already arranging for a divorce.

Yan looked at the side as she grinned then replied: K.

She then texted Edward's wife: See? I told you. It's too bad. I'm just too good. And you are just trash waiting to be emptied.

One man down with divorce because of her. There she felt an achievement. And probably the 2nd one would be soon as she made her way to meet Max.

And true, he was there waiting. Wearing a black plastic framed glasses. She knew he will make a good downline because of his profession. A nurse. She adjusted herself as she brought a smile and walked towards his direction.

Max saw Yan walking over as he waved, and she looked stunning to her. He actually was attracted to her. He loved how she carried herself. That confidence and charisma.

Yan: Hi dear.

Max: Hi babe, how are you?

Yan: Not good dear. I need your support for my new business. Do you think you can help me?

Max: For you I'm fine. But...

Yan placed her fingers on his lips.

Yan: Show me you are serious first yeah. Come support and listen to the business presentation first. I will show you my friends and partners.

Max's face went expressionless. And Yan did notice it.

Yan whispered to his ear: Of course, I didn't forget what I said. But only after the presentation ok. Then we see how.

Max face then brightened up and smiled as they went together.

Max: Shall we get a quick bite?

Yan: Bite? Of what?

Max: Not sure where is good here.

Yan: We are rushing for time. Maybe after yeah?

Max: Ok. Just the two of us?

Yan: Ok. Just the two of us.

Yan introduced Max to her friends as she sat confidently, knowing she would have been able to sign another.

Max almost fell asleep listening to the entire presentation but because it contained supplements, he didn't reject but welcomed it. And after the presentation, Yan asked him in front of her friends / downline.

Yan: Max is a nurse. What do you think of this business?

Max: I think its good! I love the supplements.

Yan: Are you in?

Max: Of course! Count me in ya!

Yan: Team! We got a nurse in our team! We are the best!

Her team cheered as they welcomed him.

Team: Shall we eat dinner together?

Max: I'm eating with your leader, she needs to tell me more about the business.

Yan: He's right. Next time team.

Team: Ok. See you all then.

Max and Yan waved goodbye as they went off.

Max: Where to?

Yan: It's getting late, maybe somewhere near?

Max: You decide. I'm good.

Yan: Ok. Let's go to our usual place last time?

Max: Wow you still remember?

Yan: Of course, you are my dear.

They took off in a cab and chatted.

Yan: So how's your wife?

Max: Erm. Like that lor.

Yan: Oh. So tell me about your monthly income.

Max: Wow. Why?

Yan: Of course I need to know. You are my dear.

Max smiled as he whispered in her ears.

And it sounded like music to her ears.

Yan: Set this aside for me every month and I'll give you surprises every now and then.

She whispered as she licked his ears, causing him to shiver a bit.

Yan: Of course, this doesn't include the monthly fee for your membership. It's for my expenses monthly. Take it as a retainer yah?

Max looked at her sideways.

Max: Right. And what would I get in return? Who know if you disappear?

Yan blushed: Do you think I will cheat my own dear? You are so heartless. I'm just alone here in Singapore and I have no one to talk to. I can only depend on myself, all I'm asking is for you to support me a little.

She said as her eyes turned red and watery.

Yan: Then it's fine. Take it that I never asked. Uncle, stop here. I'm alighting.

Max stopped her as he hushed her and told the driver to continue.

Yan: I'm angry!

She said as she pouted.

Max: Ok ok... you win. Will do as you say dear.

Yan: That's my dear.

She said as she laid her head on his shoulders. And smiled when she got what she wanted.

Yan: Dear.

Max: Yes?

Yan: Thank you. It means so much to me.

Max: Anything for you dear?

Yan: Anything? You sure?

Max: Anything.

Yan: You said that. I didn't say it ah.

Max: Yes.

Yan: Oh yeah I got to tell you that I will be travelling next week. Will contact you when I'm back yeah?

Max: Where to? Why so sudden?

Yan: Erm. I'm going to Maldives. It's a sponsored trip.

Max: Who sponsored you?

Yan: It's a planned company trip with my ex-colleagues. Don't worry ya.

Max: Ok. Have fun then.

They alighted and had their supper and caught up with each other.

Max: I thought you wanted to show me something?

Yan: Naughty.

Max: You promised.

Yan: It's late. Let' go home?

She said as she stood up, and then bowed down towards him where he caught a glimpse of her inside.

Yan: There you go.

Max could feel himself swallowing his saliva.

Yan: Cab's here.

Max's disappointment could be seen as he boarded the taxi with her.

Max: Let me see you home.

Yan: Ok. Sigh.

Max: Why sigh?

Yan: You don't understand. For a foreign girl, it's so costly to rent a room and so many expenses. How I wished I could stay somewhere without rental. Sigh.

Max: Oh. Poor thing. Hugs.

Yan looked at him with pitiful eyes. You don't know the difficulty. And it's so empty.

Max's mind was in a turmoil now.
