ED has nothing to do with lack of sensitivity. Erections are a result of the brain sending a signal to the arteries in your dick to fill up with blood.

If your plumbing is working well erections are achieved without any need to touch the penis so penile sensitivity is a non issue.

I forgot to add that there is ONE drug that actually improves sensitivity and heightens orgasms called Bupropion.(Wellbutrin) It works for women too.

No never saw blood unless I jerk off too hard and too often and skin tears a bit. Foreskin is actually supposed to act as some sort of lubricant and ease the process. Could you be sensitive to latex? Or maybe just dry skin.
