Is it likely to get STDs from saliva dripping down to base of penis which is not covered by condom?
I guess the question is really about the risk of STD transmission by saliva
Whenever body fluids are deposited from one person to another there is always a possibility that some sort of infection may be transferred.
The odds range from minuscule to highly probable depending on the type of body fluid and a conflation of circumstances which makes transmission more likely.
EG blood is far more dangerous than saliva and an open wound increases the transmission probability.
If skin is intact and saliva contains no blood then transmission is highly unlikely.
