1. pure japanese
2. half japanese
3. quarter japanese.

To me, i have no way of verifying any of the above.

I tried their service twice before some months back. My understanding is that they do not want to service Japanese because of fear they will get found out, hence the expat clientele. Both girls I had seemed to be Japanese, definitely didn't give off the PRC vibe.

Well, cheapest straight flight about S$700, round trip. Stay capsule hotel nearby about S$60? Per day. Transport + - S$40.

Air ticket prices to Japan have dipped quite a bit ever since budget airlines started flying this route few years ago.
I ever fly to Tokyo many times on full service airlines before the introduction of budget airlines.
Can be as low as S$475 return all inclusive.

If you transit/stopover and fly from Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong to Tokyo the price is even cheaper.

Cheonging in Japan will only be worth the buck if the girl is native Japanese. Best if you have contacts or friends there to bring you around. Some playgrounds only serve local Japanese men, some are all PRCs pretend to be Jap or tell you they are half-Jap.
