Sex should not be perceived as mere penetration and ejaculation. Even sex without ejaculation or even penetration can be very satisfying. The best sex actually lasts for days... not continuously... but it is carried over from one session to the next.... and not every session involves ejaculation. Touching, kissing, licking, caressing, stroking and so on, are all sexual acts in themselves and can, by themselves, confer much mutual pleasure.
I have been bonking regularly for about 30 years and I am still going strong; at least once a week but very often two times a weeks coz sex can be very addictive.
From my experience, with foreplay and intercourse, the best is about 25-30 mins. Most women will loose their urge once they achieve orgasm; sometimes they can have two or three in a session. After that they dry up and if with condom can be uncomfortable for them.I often ejaculate after 8 - 10 mins and feel good after that. Too long and I will be tired and body also ache.
I would say is very much depends on who you have sex with and how long your partner can take it and of coz, how good you are on the bed.
From my experience, the shortest I ever had which only last for around 5 minutes, that is after a lot stimulation and dick going to explode - keeping a week old armor and release the the sex goddess I ever had.
But the longest I have done is 8 hours, sessions after sessions, and each sessions could last for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Sound crazy and unbelievable, right? Me too, but it really happened.
It happened to what of my gf whom she never had orgasm before, and I slowly build her urge for sex.
