Best is to return the thumb drive to your neighbor, as it may contain important data of hers and it is not right to take other people things that without their permission. Who knows if she see that you are honest and kind she might give you something good in return. Honesty will pays in the long run, don't underestimate it.

Even if inside does contain her naughty stuff, max is just view them without keeping any copy. Don't later you leak them out or somehow she find out this, you will be in trouble.
