Hi i am 30 years old and i am having this issue whereby my ejaculation is pretty weak(does not shoot as far) as compared to maybe 1 or 2 years ago.
Most of the time it does not even "shoot" out but rather ooze out and this is a pale comparison to 2 years ago.
And to make thing worst , i am having ED issue whereby i have seen doctor and doctor could not find anything wrong with me. Is there a link between this 2 issues that the doc misses out in checking?

I've always had this problem since my teenage yrs
In any case, the situation improves sometimes if I cut down on sex frequency.
During those good ol' days (many yrs ago) when I used to PCC few times each week, guaranteed will dribble out. Later when started abstaining, got better.
he is talking about weak Ejaculation.. not how to boast semen/sperm count...
weak Ejaculation doesnt means he has low semen/sperm count..
Weak Ejaculation can be because of a underlying medical issue e.g some prostate problem.

Well having a big cum load does make it more powerful I would say. Pygeum also increases the pre-cum quite alot.
I had variable libido and dick performance in the last years, going from very low to very high. Supplement, good foods, sleep and gym can all make a big difference. For sexual health, I could also advise gelatinized maca powder for libido and L-citrulline for erection strengh. If you stay away from the sun, alot of vitamin D is also helping. Some foods (soy), medications and supplements will also kill your sex life (like reichi is popular here, but it is an androgen antagonist).
At younger ages such as 30, I am not sure doctors can do much beyond testing testosterone.

Regular exercise & taking supplements does help. I hit the gym 1 or 2 times a week, futsal once ot twice a month, golf once a month & sleep minimum 7 hours a day. I took GNC Mega men supplement for more than 10 years. I'm happy with my 2IC performance even at my age now. (i'm in my mid 40s odi).
consider taking zinc supplements. take optizinc form or picolinate forms as they are better absorbed; bioavailable.better if the formulation comes with copper to provide balance when taking zinc long term.
