Penis abrasion

Hi all,

Recently after sex, I felt pain on my penis head and start to realize that the skin on the dick head is red and there's a small cut.

I remembered few years back due to musterbation, i do have the cut too. and this time round at the same spot again.

do i need to consult doctor ?

small issue just apply some anti-septic cream will heal by itself unless its something else

If you worry then go see a doctor.
If you did raw then do a STD or HIV test
If you not worry then just apply antiseptic or antibiotic cream.
If you did not get STD or HIV then should heal in a week.
