So, this is day 16 of a personal crisis happening and a string of challenging events, I am looking to getaway for a bit.

Most of my usual kakis have plans and I have reached a point where I need to break out of my old routine and look a new routine. This means meeting new people.

I am looking to travel in December to either Bali or Japan. I am not really fussed about it, just need to getaway and get some perspective.

Here is the proposal, I will plan the getaway, logistics and the itinerary, this implies that I will foot the accommodations and flight for both of us. Further details can be discussed.

I am looking for a female travel companion to come along and spend time with.

Obviously, I have no expectations beyond, we keep each other company on the itinerary planned. I am happy to discuss on a coffee date to gauge comfort level and conversational chemistry.

Here is what I am looking for in a female travel companion.

1. Age : 18-30 (This is purely a age range)
2. Race : No preference
3. Height : 145 - 160 cm
4. Weight : 40-50kg
5. Smokes : Non-Smoker
6. Drinks : Social Drinker
7. Personality: Easy going, empathetic and listens.
8. Interests : Current events (So we have something to talk about)

You do sound kinda down. Not sure if you've considered doing a solo trip? Like you, couple of years ago I was down in the dumps and really wanted an escape. Instead of grabbing someone to accompany me (it's much easier, being a girl, lol), I decided to fuck it and just went alone. Since then I've been on over 5 trips myself and loved every one.

It's refreshing. You get loads of time alone to do ANYTHING to you want. And you get to meet loads of new people too (as you've mentioned). Best is to stay at a backpackers'-type accom. Some have private rooms with ensuites and are really nice, you'd be surprised. This will allow you to meet people from all over the world, who, like you, are exploring the place so you get a travel buddy too, but only if you want it
