How to anonymise Phone Number?

Hello all,

newbie here

A lot of the services here can only engage thru sms/whatsapp which need local phone number.

If dont want to use own phone number, how to contact these services? E.g. how to get burner phone, or anonymise phone number etc.Even if get a second sim/prepaid card still must register under IC.

Not familiar with Whatsapp but I know that with Telegram all the service provider needs to reveal is a username and you can contact them via username too.

For example you can contact me via Telegram via @sammyboyfor. If you provide a username I can contact you too. No phone numbers need to be revealed. All you will see in my profile is my username.

Does whatsapp have a similar feature?

You can get pre-registered sim card here in this forum, at a 2-3 times the original price of the sim card.

Wechat also same, just add by user id no need phone number

telco will disconnect the sim card because expired due to no top-up.
but once you registered with whatsapp right, even if the sim card expired, the whatsapp still available.

of course if u re-install whatsapp then cannot work liao la.
cause your expired sim cannot receive the whatsapp sms verification already.
just don't re-install can liao.

and need to pray hard the telco won't re-use your number la.
otherwise some one buy the same number then go install whatsapp, then your whatsapp no more lo.
maybe this is good also la. u suppose to keep changing number to be safe also haha.

Yes, telegram doesn't need a local phone number. Unfortunately however many services here e.g. massage only contact through SMS/Whatsapp which need phone number, not Telegram.

Phone number doesn't need to be local to do Whatsapp but wondering how practical this is.

If getting a pre-registered SIM, just go buy a new phone - those cheap phones like xiaomi or dunno what brands can liao. No point getting second hand phones. Pay by cash, dun use credit card.

When topping up, buy top up cards using cash.

But hor, since most if not all FL/ML got CCTV or some form of recording, if they kena caught, AV will likely to have your face. Cannot run one lah. The only good thing is AV is most likely not interested in contacting you since it is legal to visit prostitutes, so long they are not underage (another reason why I prefer MILF )
