Agree. I don't understand why people think more than once is difficult. I don't like this restriction on number of shots which can make one nervous and affect the quality of session. In Sydney, for example, there is no restriction on the number of times within an hour slot. And I have always done at least twice (sometimes thrice). That way no need to keep count or look at clock. Why not similar system here?
