Have been going 3-4 times a month.Is it too much?

I think 3 -4 times a month constitute to once a week and should be still ok. Not too much.

If you can easily afford it based on your income level, just do what makes you happy. There is no point working hard and not enjoying the fruits of your labour. On the flip side, if you need to cut back on other activities to fund your whoring, then you have an addiction issue.

Personally I don't think it's wise to spend more than 20% of your take home pay on chionging, since the money can spend on other more meaningful items or hobbies
