I don't know where you did your deeds but CCTVs are ubiquitous nowadays at hallways, entrances, car parks etc.

What are u afraid of that may be found out about u? Or who?

Photo only, should have no issues. Its not like they can unlock your bank accounts just by using your photo. Unless u tell me other info are also shared with the OKT like ic number, address, real name etc.

Since its been 4 years and nothing happened. Unlikely u will be blackmailed. If blackmail is their business then you would already have been blackmailed by now.

If it concerns a minor (<18).... then its very different. Otherwise, just rest easy and forget about this incident.
