on and off some of the websites for massage have been blocked by singtel as well

I have a twitter account which can be checked at any time. Click on "follow". You can also send me a direct message from twitter.

I have all the emails of every single member and every time there is a change I send an email to every single member.

I have a telegram channel. Downloading the app takes 30 seconds. Subscribing takes one click.

I have been using the same email [email protected] for the last decade.

I'm sure this is more than sufficient.
