well blood should clot fast and not much bleeding
but yes abit of after care... it is a wound at a very active part of a man's body and healing.

This thread has been really helpful for me to understand circumcision more...

But I need serious help from bros who have had circumcisions done when they are adults, my question is specific to sexual pleasure.

A bit of background of myself, I am 24 years old and got circumcised 2 months ago because of a hard lump growing on my penis shaft. I though got cancer of something so I went to doctor and he recommended to do a surgery to remove the lump. But to remove the lump my foreskin needs to be cut too cause the lump is at the shaft area.

I didn't think too much about it but I decided to do it because for as long as I can remember my foreskin is damn tight and painful when I roll to expose my glands, hence I have only exposed my glands 2-3 times in my 24 years of life.

But now I begin to worry about lost of sexual pleasure when I read about circumcision stories online... everyday I touch my now less sensitive glands I feel very scared. My frenulum is removed and I have a rather loose cut. Fuck! I had sleepless nights cause I don't know if I can enjoy sex anymore.

Any bros who have cut in adult can comment on sexual pleasure and how long have you been cut?

Btw the lump is not cancer so... I feel abit wasted to have gone for circumcision.

Bros who have similar experience please help me out and let me know if sex is still pleasurable

why do you guys need to circumcise when you can pull the skin over? Its just like circumcise. Cleaner dick or not, actually depend on personal hygience. Isn't it?

Hi guys, I just did my circumcision 2 days ago, just want ask something about the post surgery:
1) the stitch up area is so swollen that the entire foreskin rolled back, it this normal?
2) the reason that I had the operation is because my dick head would have white stuff growing if the skin is not cleaned after urinating, so now with the swollen dick with the wound, the problem still continues
3) is it ok to not apply anything for recovery period as the hospital did not give anything?

Hope I could get some advice for my mushroom head.

Hi bro,

I just circumcised 2 months ago.

1. I didn't experience that, but my glands was damn swollen in the first 1-2 weeks
2. I think just let it heal, after it heals it will be better
3. I didn't apply anything but you must make sure there is no infections during the recovery period.

I circumsize when I was an adult. One of the best decision I ever made. Did I lost sensation? Definitely not as sensitive as it was before circumvision but is a different kind of shiok and can Last longer nw . However initially u will feel it's very sensitive after circumsizing because you remove the skin with alot nerve ending that's covering your man junk. After operation, I soaked mine in lukewarm salt water to remove bloodclot. Be careful and wear sarong so that your blood soluble threads won't get tangled with your pants.

Let me talk about my experience, i went through very recently, still recovering..

I knew i had phimosis when i was like 18? but i was too scare to go for circumcision also not having enough money kind of boost my ego of not wanting to go.. until recently which currently am 26, turning 27 this year.. I felt i had been missing alot in my life from 18-26, with phimosis cause me to have lack of confidence in my penis, and since im working fulltime i have sufficient money to go for the surgery.

Went googling and found out that this forum has experience, which is exactly this thread, glance through everything, i thought, the earlier i deal this issue, the better isn't it? i've tried the stretching method as well, don't seem to work for me. At last, i decided to contact gleneagles one of the specialist. Made an email contact to the doctor, which advices me to book an appointment (consultation). Thus i booked on 25th Aug 2017.

The day, 25th has come, went to glen eagles, met the doctor, told him my problems and check my penis, my penis head was so sensitive, that even he touch i can feel the sting, awfully discomfort, he recommended me to go for circumcision. I tried my luck if he can do it today, he said i gotta check with the nurses for the operating theater if there is any room right now, at least he made an effort to ask his nurse if there is any.. But it seems that the only available slot is at 6pm, which requires me to stay in hosp throughout the night. I told him on monday(28th) i had a very important presentation for my part time studies, he quickly recommended me to book another date, he wants me to focus on that presentation. Which i listened to his advice, and have no regrets. Shortly after i went to book on a tuesday(29th) morning(7:30am) for laser circum and i have to pay 160 i think for first consultation, subsequent is 80.

So 29th has come, took a grabshare in a wee hours in the morning, go to hosp, register, pay around (2k++ SGD) excluding 2 docs(the one doing circum and the anethesia) fees.
After registered, i was brought along to my locker to keep my barang barang, change of clothes to the one for operation, then they brought me to the another ward room, and ask me to wait at the bed. Waited like 15-30 minutes, finally people from operating theater came to verify my identity and what ops im going for, and a bed that can roll, ask me to lie on the bed as they roll me to the operating theater (damn drama LOL). Now at the operating theater i've alr lost track of time, again waiting, one of the nurse came in verify my identity and ops, then wait again, another nurse did the same thing.. ithink i waited quite long, maybe i was early. Thus finally anesthesia doctor appeared, she ask did i fast beforehand i said yeah, and then she breezely brief through, like i think 3 words: "inject, put on mask, sleep" LOL then i signed that she done the briefing, i managed to see my doctor, greeted him. And finally my bed is being rolled into the operating room for surgery, it is damn cold i tell you. so at the room. the injected me and put on a mask i can feel like machiam the naruto chakara flowing through my hands almost can shoot rasengan already. but really i tried opening my eyes, i dont know what happen the next thing i fell asleep, a really deep one. After awhile i kinda hear my anesthesia doctor called "WAKE UP, WAKEUP", but i can't wake up strangely, but after awhile i woke up, seems like i overslept for 45m after operation LOL, i think was due to the stress and late nights i did not sleep well because of my sch fyp and 2 other modules project, so the operating theater nurses push me to my ward, and was told to rest here, and ask me if im hungry or not. LOL i told the nurse i super hungry cause fast yesterday night until morning, so she ask me sandwich or porridge, i took porridge and coffee. Breakfast came, i ate it. The nurse told me to rest until you ready to take a pee then call upon them. So i think an hour later felt like peeing, so i call the nurse, they bring me to the toilet just outside, then ask me to be careful. I saw my circumsized penis, oh my, purfect no pain no anything, just feeling that this penis has no feeling cause of anesthesia. Peed, No blood, all ok. So was instructed to wait for my doctor.. oh my god the doctor came at 3pm i think. i waited from 9am to 3pm, he asked me can i pee, no blood? ok can go. LOL like wut, so went to the nurse get the medicine, and pay the doctor fee (3k++ for both). Took grab back home . Total spent: 2k+3k = 5k++ SGD.
1st day totally fine, no issues.

2nd day (30th) omg when the effect of anesthesia is over. omg that sensitivity is like bees jabbing it's sting. Grab a grab taxi go see doc as per appointment, my doctor told me undress the bandage, omg the sensitive can almost kill me. He told me everything is well, ask me to try go without dressing. Just wear with the underwear, let it hit the underwear get used to the sensitiveness. omg i even felt so scare to put on my underwear LOL that sting i hate it to the max. Gave me some dressing set to apply on my penis after shower, basically to prevent bacteria and stuff like that. gave 3 sets to use. Pay 80 for consultation, 53 for the dressing set = 133? sgd. Am suppose to book a next appointment for next week. Thus i book on a monday.

Day 3-7
god the every day of touching my underwear, the sensitiveness is killing me everyday. And the morning glory.. It HURTS. i used to love erection, until after the surgery. LOL

Day 8 (monday)
Went for appointment, checked my penis, he said everything is recovering well. Told him about morning glory every morning is a pain in my a** lol, he say it's common and just tahan. Payed 80 sgd, and booked for next and supposingly last appointment next month(i booked on oct)

Day 9 - till today
My penis slowly keratinization those flaky stuff on your head starts appearing its a sign your penis is getting less sensitive, but until today im still feel sensitive on my sides and the tip and the frenulum area. Was told by my doctor earlier, 3 weeks after ops then i can do sports and 6 weeks after ops then i can have sex. From the looks of it i don't think after 6 weeks i would be comfortable with sex..? I hope my penis can adapt asap. Can't wait to test out my new weapon .....!!
