I am looking for investor of $8000 for building forum with 50% equity to you. I am confident the roc can be done with 6 months latest (with 2 months of building of the site and 4 months allowing the forum to pick up).

Upon which, the forum can generate revenue of 4 to 5 figures every month.

Forums are closing down left, right and centre and you want to start a new one and expect it to make money????

If you're that confident you don't need investors. It only takes $500 to get going on a dedicated server. You can do it with your loose change. Why dilute your shareholdings when you don't have to?

Then when the traffic and revenue starts ramping up you can start scaling the set up by adding servers.

Boss, i do not have the sufficient knowledge to build a site. I do have some company who is willing to help me set up a forum. If you are willing to help, maybe you can pm me. All i need is a forum and i will do the other stuff myself. If you think $500 is what you need to do. I am more than willing to give you 50% of whatever earning i take. Just pm me. I am sure you know how much you are generating for your forum. Putting aside the okts and web administrators adverts, just the sports threads gives you 5 digit alone. I am a one man operation but you have afew people under you so maybe that cut down your profit.

You don't need a partner to build forum, there are plenty templates available freely you can setup one in no time.
