serious now, as other bros mentioned, start exercising regularly or pick up a new hobby. it will soak up both your time and attention.. some hobbies also soak up your money.

go for weekly sport sessions like soccer training or long distance night cycling or dragon boat activities.
tree climbing at bedok reservoir is also not bad.
just find activates that is more worth it than bonking.

normally i cap at 2 or 3 times per month, as i have a budget to keep to.
