Yup, she went for personal best high score. The lady was reprimanded for 1 or 2 nights, then released with no charge.
It was night (3am) and she wasn't speeding or intoxicated. The cyclist (30+ of them) was cycling on the expressway, at the downhill portion of the slope. The lady came from the uphill, and when reached the top and go down, too late liao.
The parents of the deceased however, was fine. Because of one of their highway code, parents/guardians of those underage offenders will be liable.

When i was 16, PCC-ed and some of the semen dripped onto the bed. Mom saw it and she wondered, so she tasted it...... i can see her face turn green before she threw that furious stares onto my face.....
