Get a prepaid credit card and buy online.
First purchase usually gets through... second purchase will b the problem where some sites will scam you.
Don't worry abt customs. If detected, they will just ask you for prescription and declare it is for personal consumption and not for resale. If no prescription, just ignore and it will be returned to sender. So don't spent too much on each buy if you have no prescription.

Most credit card details get stolen at these websites, so only use prepaid.

The rule is always use prepaid CC and never buy the second time from the same site regardless of the discount coupons they throw at you. Have not heard of any failures.

But SB is correct, consult a doctor first, the side effects are no joke.

The prob here is it cost >10 more than overseas generic.

If on holiday in Europe, detour to a clinic and ask for a prescription. Scan it in and buy from official Indian sites that requires prescription (not those that channel you to an online chat with so called doctors for prescription)... Those are safe and cost 10x cheaper after shipping.

Johor Bahru City Square itself offers several pharmacies, you can also ask the folks on duty there and they probably can get you some boxed equivalent. If Guardian, Apex and Watson all ain't selling it, you probably are better off without it.

Just that you know Cialis is not a permanent cure but a relief. my recent visit to doc revealed that my condition worsen. I no longer gets stimulated by foreplay and needs to rely on Cialis... Was referred to the Urology but I went private to skip the queue, and was referred to psychology. It all started with stress. Cialis screwed my brain while overcoming the ED if I take it. Not worth it...


See a good urologist, not just any doctor.... You may just need light dose of anti depressants....

all generics are not made equal OP

indian pharma stuff that can be easily obtained over the internet, bio-equivalence standards are not really regulated, so the potency might vary can be weaker or stronger in some cases

maybe some of the domestic market not for export generics could be good but haven't try before and we don't really have access to them. some clinics in singapore also offer generics like these, cheaper also and can try

i would use generic medication for anything in general that doesn't really have a marginal benefit to a more controlled manufactured drug, but since its my bloody erection I'm relying on I still champion the name brand stuff
