See a good urologist, not just any doctor.... You may just need light dose of anti depressants....

many of ED cases are psychological, particularly stress and performance anxiety. The moment u start thinking "when am i gonna get hard?" or "will i lose my erection halfway" you have already lost the battle.
I think the key is having an understanding partner, who will make u feel relaxed. Then the brain will slowly tune and reboot itself to enjoy the moment. Some people call it "immersion" or living in the moment. When we are stressed by past failures, or anxious about outcome we will not be able to be in the moment, and the brain will send confused signals.
