It's real. But not all does it. For some gals, they only do it for those who they choose to. With BBBJ, you get more returned customers.

Gals who don't have much customers, just start giving BBBJ, their returned customers will increase.

As for disease, legal WLs have regular check ups. This is why I prefer legal WLs over FLs.
