Thanks for the info. Finally, somebody has spoken up. Clearly, it's the lbs that are the main target. I've seen house no 9's door smashed in on 2 or 3 occasions. I can imagine it's not much fun being up there alone. Real "Balls drop" case. They used the technique of pretending to be customers some years ago. Looks like they're more daring nowadays.

What law? SOP and PPPOs are not laws. There wasn't any law in the 1st place. Previously the SOP allow them to employ this strategy but the present management do not encourage entrapment. a) have sex with illegal female pros: no offence. all u need to do is to claim u nvr know.
b) have sex with post op. just claim that u nvr know that it is a he.
c) have sex with pre op. it is illegal by law, but, the law maker alo say that they wont pursue usually. what it means is simply, u dont create trouble they wun find u. their main target is the WL.
2: regarding bil:
they will try to make ur life worst by asking ur family and wife down. however, it is not a must. instead tell them that u will get someone to bail u out. e must be 21 years old and above, sounded mind, and have not records or other legal duties. usually a friend will do.
3: things to protect your own interest:
a: nvr make obvious lie. when some sensitive questions are rise, answer them with words like "probably" "maybe" "i think so" "i am not that sure"
b: nvr claim that any WL is ur gf. NEVER.
c: tell the necessary truth. some truth dun hurt. things backdated long ago cant be charged to u.
d: when u are overwhelmed by the pressure, just keep silence by saying, "i would like to remain silence on this issue" they ask again u say u rmain silence again.
