1) I always go to HF and take the first one, but I immediately book and checkin my return upon my arrival, to be 100% safe and save time on the day of my return. With boarding pass, I go straight to gate. On Sunday afternoon, most ferries are fully booked.

2) I have a one-year travel insurance, valid for any trip I have. Better safe than sorry. Would you? It depends also on what you do there. Do you take ojek? do you drive?

...when i see the below photo,it gives me a familiar feeling. I think i might have been there before...just that it was more than 3.5 years ago and its renovation has not been completed.

I went to check my 2014 batam trip record and realize i had mistaken...hehehe...it wasnt the same temple i went to before. The one i went to was below...

Looking back my batam trips...it does bring me back down memory lane.

Most historical booking joints (booking joints with a long history before my time) in Batam has either closed down or change name. Dynasty 99,New Berlian,Queens8933,Indah2,Permata Indah is gone now,New Berry swapped to Sekar...Gold Bird is now Hai Lai,...so what's left today is only "Memory" today....hehehe....i think one day,i might need to take another walk around.

Can just usually is one the same day, likely ahead of time unless you are there, u try get immediately see can bo. i never try before.

Interesting, ask taxi driver station at batam centre and hbb why they don't do go jek too. Very interesting answer. Finale say is go jek is illegal. Interesting. Hehe.
