Hi All, I did not went for Pep. Dsc doctor tell me not needed.
2 Reason below :
1) Condom still attached half of penis head.
2) He gave me a brochure about Pep and it indicate the estimated risk as:1/2500 which is about 0.04% . Furthermore, condom did not totally slip off during withdraw , multiply by 1/10 for unlicensed. Licensed will be a multiplication of 1/100 . So risk is 0.04% * 0.1 = 0.004%
Conclusion : Not needed. Even without condom, he will not recommend because the percentage is still low. Pep is for Anal or needle sharing which had higher risk than intercourse. With all said, it is still better to use condom. YOLO is not applicable here.
