Getting caught by AV is not an offence if you are a Singaporean citizen without any warrant of arrest or AWOl or TP offences.
They cops will take your NRIC number and mobile. This is to contact you in case the Pros denies the charges. In the case of the LBs, its a different story as sex with LB is No No.
