my experience is to chit chat with the lady (work in kopi tiam). tcss abit, if interested she will drop some hints like she wanna go where go where. then exchange numbers. always portray no $$$ image but go out give little treats. after 2-3 outing, got to bang liao but after that she don't wanna keep in touch with me.
