any taxi driver bros care to share their interesting stories?

I've got license for three years liao,but haven't drive taxi before.Any driver want to share how to go about it?By the way I'm not very familiar with roads and so on.

you can easily get any taxis along the road and why would you want to pay the extra for an empty taxi while he drives all the way down from west to pick you up ?

Because bro. When it's peak period and/or raining or just before surcharge, singapore becomes a taxi ghost town

Those were the past years..... now the situation is different. There is no more such thing as cannot get taxi if you call for one. If you book a taxi..... by hook or by crook the taxi company will have to assign one to pick you up.

But if you choose to save the booking fee and think that you can flag a passing taxi..... then please be prepared to wait long long.

ok now i got it, i drive so most of the night time i saw tons of taxis available around geylang area, didn't know that its so difficult to get one before the peak period

u usually club till what time? where is your location? usually my last stop will be Cq or Sj.

Bro just today it was raining in the west area. Called for taxi and had to spend 30 mins while the person told me to hold. Comfort my foot. Still better to have a regular. Somebody to talk to, to pass time in the taxi as well.
