Jasmine, I believe the OLs dress up to have that extra advantage over men whether in the office or customers they are handling, because men are still very visual creatures.
I believe most of them don't mind the extra attention , if the guy who gives them the attention is good-looking and nice to talk to.
I myself have known quite a few OLs this way, but there are also those who are not interested in the attention . Like when a stranger guy talks to them, they go all stuck up and bitchy and rude. Probably attached or married ones who just want to look good and not interested in the attention.

It so happen in Orchard MRT, two ang mo char bo about 20 plus, they are OL and rather pretty. Two white men one with tattoo were trying to capture their attention but they gave them the CMI look.
