The ang moh piss off and shouted fuck and its whining the half journey, ask me why I drive him into here, I told him that I make a wrong turn because the gps ask me to enter through here. So he say again fuck the GPS. So I begin to piss off but still I control my emotion and try to drive him to stadium road. "If 10 years ago I would say stfu asshole, this is singapore and not your country" but still I smile at him and say byebye, guess I really grow up. After 5min traffic congested and I finally make my way there so he ask to alight.

The meter fare was $23.50, I didn't know how much is from pasir panjang to stadium road so I gave him an discount $10 off the meter fee.

After that he pay me $13.50 he get happy and get off the cab. After I get off there is an auto booking show national stadium taxi stand, I wouldn't want to pick up customer with he congested traffic, I give it a go and went back to geylang.

Some of the customers think that taxi driver are cheap / useless chap, but i would want to rephrase this, I might be earning the same salary as u or even more.

Please be kind to all taxi driver. Everybody are learning new thing everyday. Practice make perfect.

End of the day after the discount I still earn about $120 after rental and fuel.

Guess not too bad drive from 7pm to 2am++

Day 1 = $100
Day 2 = $120

Brother, try not to always give discount unless the passenger keeps on asking for discount. For the Ang Mo $10 discount is too much already. If u drive long enough you know there r passengers who kaubei at slightest mistake and want discount.
For me i keep quiet and tell them the amount at end of the trip. If they say why i never discouny then i will ask them how much they want to discount. If not just collect full amount say thank you and go off. There r many cheapskate around. If u keep giving discount, next time all taxis in Singapore need to give discount when got stuck in jam.

Taxi driving day 3

As usual I will start roaming my area before heading to geylang or nex shopping centre. Just start to roam the street and got one customer going to bugis, a typical ah lian with some tattoo.

Ah lian: uncle, go beach rd after that bugis
Me: okay
Ah lian: can u drive faster, I'm rushing on time, very urgent.
Me: I'm always a fast driver and thought something happen and I drive about 110km/hr.

Normal I have customer in my taxi I won't speed because I cherish their life more then my own life. Since they to ask me to drive faster I will obey accordingly. Since they are my boss.

After I reach golden mile, ah lian ask me to make a U-turn to stop awhile at the bus stop, to my surprise 2 Thai flower boy enter my taxi so I was like wtf? I speed just because of this 2 flower boy? Lol. Lucky I didn't get caught on speeding if I get caught probably serve me right by doing it.

This poor little lady probably get kc by the Thai boy. I feel sad for our local lady. They deserve something better.

Finally I alight them at bugis and the ah lian pay for the cab fare lol, probably not only guys can be 菜头，woman also can be a potential 菜头.

Nevertheless I wish the ah lian good luck, hopefully not going to get cheat feeling, body and money. That probably very sucks.


So I still proceed to roam around bugis and enter bencoolen street without customer.


*TI* nb the ERP system suck my $$$, so I have to pay the ERP myself

After I enter the ERP, there are tons of customer flag my taxi, no wonder customer just camp one inside the ERP system so taxi driver enter CBD have to pay for ERP, that tricky customer. At least I learn something

i am also thinking of getting a taxi license as now i am jobless....kena retrenched...talked to many taxi drivers and they all said its a good paying job, and you are your own boss, hitting about 4k to 5 k per month is not a problem, as long as like TS mentioned, don't sit kopitiam, dont gamble and dont play girls, can earn even more

Taxi driving day 7

Time flies and I have been drive for 1 week, I set a target for myself to earn $100 and I will go home regardless what time but seem like I'm addicted to driving, I might be tired with 3-4 hour slp daily but when I start driving im very concentrate, I always anticipate what other road user will do and I will act accordingly just in case they just cut in the lane like their parent road.


Back to story.

It's was Friday and I learn some skill from my friends where to go to and where to find customer at weird timing. Which make me improve in my daily earning.

I start roaming my area and that night was a busy night, that night was abother lesson for me which I come accoss.

1st customer

driver: good evening sir, where u like to go to.
Bangala: marina
Driver: marina where?
Bangala: marina bay sand
Driver: ok.

Half way the journey, I notice that I didn't insert my cashcard, I'm still pounding where is my cash card, look at the time it's 7.20pm, I think there is ERP going on still. But still due to safety issue I keep on driving and don't bother the ERP. After I take the exit oh shit I saw the ERP light still on and I still did not stop at the highway to find my cashcard. I decided just go pass and treat it as a lesson.

**TI** my cashcard machine show red light, which are ERP did not detect card card on the reader, in my heart Wah lao goverment suck my $10 liao.

Driver: pause and think awhile, no U can't because there is a guard outside casino are stopping ppl to alight passager there. So I told him I will put him at convention centre, why? In my mind I was thinking Because if any customer at taxi stand it will have additional cbd $3 charges. So I decided to alight him there

After I alight him and he give me $100 note, 1st customer give so big note, so hopefully the next few customer give me small note, I myself prepare my own float about $300++ small note, that to avoid me wasting time go out and change if I have none, i saw that at least 10 x taxi was queuing and there is no customer over there. So I decided to make a move, upon exit my MDT rang! Oncall at mbs hotel lobby tower one. So I bid for the job, to my surpise I got he bid, so I proceed to mbs hotel.

I arrive very early because it's just right and left turn and I have reach, normal I take 10min bid just incase I coulnt reach by 10min. Timing dosnt matter as long as your finger is fast to bid the job. Why I'm fast probably I do a lot of fingering to train

Upon waiting I decided to give Miss K a call and told her I arrive just in case she was there waiting for me. She answer the call and say that she saw my taxi, so I say okay and hang up.


2nd customer

To my surprise I saw 2 beautiful lady and 1 man coming over my taxi.

Is not easy, quite shag to be a driver. Some older driver i think used to drive manual already, quite jerky when they drive.

Younger one is better.
