Clean up

We decided to call it a night and we packed up after cleaning ourselves. Because Hanna Siregar was living near my place, I offered her a lift.

Hanna was the youngest among the girls and she is in still in university. Her parents are running a building material business in Solo, Central Java. She was offered a PR here too. She is a brillant scholar and was approached by A*Star to continue her program in micro biology.

I pull over to a deserted spot near the main road where many of the humongous vehicles are parked. She started to share.

She was sobbing in between her story as I try to make out what she wanted to tell me. Background, a dysfunctional family where she is the daughter of mistress. She did not understand till later in life why she and her mother have to leave her paternal grandma's place in East Coast to a small apartment in the city's fringes. Her absentee father is a director of a local based shipping company but is now based in Dubai. She asked if I can take her as a daughter. To provide guidance and someone she could talk to from time to time or just lent a listening ear.
