In reel life (pornography videos), some creampies are real and some are fake. The faked creampies are obvious with the scene cut to allow some gooey fluid to be injected into the pussy, and then the scene resumes with the man pulling out shortly after to reveal and film the fake semen dripping out.

In real life, there is no storage tank in the pussy, and as best as I know, semen is not absorbed through the pussy.
