Hi TS, I think from what you just said, you are tired.So you will need time to rest more. It will only be a problem when you want to do it, but can't get it up. In that case, it will be a medical issue which needs the advice of a doctor. Exercise to sleep better and maybe you may want to consider heading down to the Chinese herbal shop to get something to boost energy.
Try taking some supplements. Im using Volume Pills and Prosolution. You can google for it. After taking for a week, you can feel the difference. think reason is both tiredness as well as no incentive/reward (experience no longer novel and fresh).
