Btw my guess is because they like to wear pants to work lor OR they dun like wear skirts to work lor OR why dun you go do a survey yourself? Go to places where u can find OLs wear pants to work and ask them the same question as what you ask here. Then let us know the answer lor.

TS u sure they r OL, not OB? Nowadays OB n OL no different already. Another reason maybe there is a bad smell if wear skirt? Wear pant can cover the smell

Probably due to some stupid office dress code policy that requires women to dress up decently. Imagine if the women were to dress miniskirts to office it would surely a cause a lot of distractions.

Sometimes if a workplace encourage OL wear pants, there may have a reason. Don't want their OB caught in a knotty situation whereby an OL might complain harassment. So to prevent it, maybe the better way is all wear pant.
