Seems like she's more interested in your food deliveries. She's gradually taking your kindness for granted, and playing with your feelings. If she's really into you, she would make a move to have sex with you when lying beside you, instead of falling asleep.

There's no mention of sex in your post, so that means you haven't fucked her yet? If that's the case, then she's just taking you as a good friend who will do all the nice things for her.
