It has been a very long while since I last contributed in forum. Have been reading a few wonderful stories recently and it has made me want to contribute too. Please pardon my English as it may not be perfect and also please do try to enjoy my writing.

There will be times that I have to elaborate and it may be long-winded, but it makes the story a little easier to be linked.

Real or not, it's purely up to your imagination

Setting: This is a narrative where I tell you a life story, the experiences and all the itty bitty details.

I am an ordinary guy. I am in my mid-20s and a few years back, I was a nobody.

Back in secondary school, I used to swim in a club. I represented my school in competition and when I was 16, I qualified for a competition in Thailand after my O-Levels representing Singapore on a smaller scale. To date, my proudest moment. I wasn't the best shaped swimmer ever, and I was nearly the fattest amongst my peers standing at 175cm, weighing 65kg. But I have this uncanny ability to make jokes in groups, being very friendly, cheerful and talkative and I was usually the attention grabber, to which the girls like and some guys didn't. Through all that, I was never a guy who I thought would get girls, frankly because I was waiting for them to come to me. Even my childhood sweetheart, a fellow swimmer of mine, told me a few years down the road, she used to like me so much but I did not ever pop her the question.

Then when I managed to get into army on a Pes C9, I steadily kept my figure but I was pretty heavy at 80kgs. I felt that I was fat, but many others said that I looked like I went to the gym a lot, which I didn't because I was too lazy. Fact; even till now. In army, on the day of enlistment I met my bunkmates, and one bunkmate stuck with me from then, till we posted out to a camp, and then posted out again for the rest of our NS days and we ORD-ed together. We still are friends now, good friends, buddies, best mates, partners-in-crime and wannabe entrepreneurs.

I learnt a lot from him, teaching me how to be confident, how to be someone that exudes class, to be someone a girl would like to dream of. He taught me values like Money doesn't get us girls, Looks doesn't get us girls, Titles doesn't get us girls, but we ourselves get the girls that we want. And it started a mind-boggling, life-changing, confidence-building journey that is well and truly enjoyable, giving me a new lease of life, a better view of the world and that an oyster looks like a girl's pussy. And a rotten oyster can also smell like a girl's unkempt pussy. (Just a joke, but kinda true isn't it?)

I've had my fair share of girlfriends along the way, some lasted long and some weren't that impressive. But these things are the ones that shape you and it makes you realize that there is more to life that just money. Males need that chemical release, regular or irregular (or sometimes too frequent) to keep us off the knockers and to keep us sane. When you have money and you keep spending on escorts or prostitutes or massage parlors all the time, at the end of the day the money will dwindle. Once in a while is recommended, not all the time.

I am more of a legs man, before face, boobs and asses, in that particular order. If I see a girl with a stunning pair of legs, long and tanned, it will instantly grab my attention. And then, I will look at the face to see whether it matches the outline of the girl, before analyzing her boobs and then down to her ass. I lighted my cigarette and handed her back the lighter.

"Thank you so much. You're a lifesaver miss...." and I realized that I don't know her name

I continued, " I didn't catch your name, sorry. I'm James."

Wow talk about thinking on your feet. That was intense! I held out my hand for a handshake, she put her hand in mine ("Hmmmm.. what small hands") and I gave her a firm handshake and smiled while looking at her.

Lesson: Never, never, give a lame handshake. Always be firm, not too hard, but not too soft either. Be confident but don't crush her hand.

She took a puff, blew out the smoke (presumably calming herself down) and replied, "I'm Shirley, nice to meet you too. Sorry I'm all flustered cause you caught me off guard."

"Off-guard? It was just asking for a lighter, not a date" I replied while winking slightly . (Luckily my left eye is smaller than my right eye)

She laughed for a few seconds and calmed herself down. Took another puff and slowly, exhaling smoke in one gust. ("Damn, this seems kinda awkward. What do I say next?")

"I don't think you're alone, waiting for your friends?" I asked her.

She was finishing her cigarette, put the stub out on the dustbin with her dainty fingers and replied, "No, they're shopping. I'm going back in to find them. Nice to meet you James."

She flashed another smile and started to walk away towards the entrance of Taka. I was just lost, not knowing what to do or what to say. ("Am I ugly? Did I say something wrong? Should I chase her for her number? Should I...") I doubted myself. As I looked at her walking away with those nice pair of legs, my confidence was shot. What do I do?

So there I was, questioning myself. I thought I could talk to her more and maybe get her number. Did I expect too much out of it? I finished my cigarette and went to meet my buddy.

Saturday couldn't come any quicker. I was excited, and it was confirmed the night before that she couldn't wait to meet me either. Talking about a stroke of luck, where the feeling was mutual. P was stunned, shocked even. And then she broke out a big smile, showing her impeccable white teeth, capturing my heart in an instant. "Of course. I wouldn't turn it down for the world." She snaked an arm over my back to my hips, I put my arms around her shoulders, and there we were: A happy couple.

So I headed home and while I was on my way, my phone vibrated. It was P.
